      • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
      • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for all returns.

      • Authorization: Returns are subject to our approval, and a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

      • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom-made items, items damaged/altered by the customer, opened/used items (unless defective), sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.

      • EU Rights: EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for returns, without needing justification, but items must meet return conditions.
      • Refunds: Notification of the refund status will be sent post-inspection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
